Who are you when you stop running?

Mentorship for when you're done performing

Six months, one to one. Five private seats.

Answer the call

You wake up. The dread is already there.

You move through another day same as before. The version others describe — calm, on top of it, available — isn't the one inside your chest.

You come home and perform there too. Your partner. Your kids. Yourself.

You feel yourself crawling slowly toward death while you're still alive. Useful everywhere. Fully present nowhere.

This is the slow erosion of someone who stopped asking what they actually want and started managing what they have.

If this is where you are, there's still time.

But only if you take radical responsibility for your life.

There's another version.

  • You stop apologizing for taking up space.
  • Your voice changes. Quieter where it used to be loud. Louder where it used to be quiet.
  • You stop performing in your own life. The way you agree when you don't. The way you shrink in the conversation you should be leading. The way you move through your own home like a guest.
  • You start making life happen instead of waiting for it to change.
  • The people who care about you stop getting the performance and start getting you — the thing you were trying to give them all along.

The work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about trusting the man you already are, enough to let him be seen.

How we work

We go into the wound.

We find what you've been protecting against for years. We bring those parts of you back into contact with your actual life: your relationships, your body, your purpose.

Not as a project. As the slow work of coming home to yourself.

I have relied on Ish, and he's helped me move through stuck-ness, smallness and depression to unlock my fire; my voice, vitality, rage, and passion.

The arc

Not a weekend. Not a breakthrough.

The work isn't a weekend, a peak, or a breakthrough. It's the slow remaking of how you move through your actual life.

  1. Months 1–2

    Foundation

We break the unconscious pattern. Identify the core wounds driving your choices. Build your capacity to feel without drowning.

  2. Months 3–4

    Integration

You practice new ways of being in real life — under real pressure, with real people. We navigate the resistance that comes when you start changing.

  3. Months 5–6

    Embodiment

You're living from choice rather than reaction. Relationships shift. Work shifts. You stop leading from fear.

  4. Ongoing

    Maintenance

Monthly check-ins available. Advanced intensives. Alumni community.

The processes that we embarked were gut wrenching, soul cleansing, and felt like giving birth. The space that Ish holds is of true reverence to something deeper than many of us can touch, but only feel in our bones. It's been one of the greatest periods of my life.

$7,200

Six months. Payment plan available — we'll sort it on the call.

Bi-weekly sessions, access between them, and an open invitation to any in-person work I'm running while we're together.

Not ready for six months? Start with the First Cut — three focused sessions on a single edge.

This work is for you if…

  • You feel successful on the outside and hollow on the inside.
  • You're in relationship crisis and know the individual work has to come first.
  • You've read the books, done the therapy, and you know information isn't the problem.
  • You're ready to be pushed, and to push yourself — not to achieve, but to experience more of yourself.

This work is not for you if…

  • You want a quick fix.
  • You're unwilling to feel discomfort.
  • You're looking for someone to fix you rather than guide you.

Common questions

Before the call.

The rest of it we cover in the conversation. These are the ones worth knowing first.

Is this therapy?
No. I'm not a therapist and this isn't clinical treatment — the disclaimer says so in full. This is mentorship: we go into what you've been protecting against and bring it back into contact with your actual life. Many of the men I work with have a therapist too, and that combination tends to work well.
How often do we meet, and what happens between sessions?
Bi-weekly sessions across six months, with access to me between them. You also get an open invitation to any in-person work I'm running while we're together. After the six months, monthly check-ins and advanced intensives stay available.
Why six months? Can't we go faster?
Because the thing you want isn't a breakthrough — it's a different way of moving through your life, and that takes time under real pressure. The first two months break the pattern. The middle two are where you practice it in the world, with real people, and meet the resistance that shows up when you start changing. The last two are where it stops being an effort and starts being how you are.
Is $7,200 payable up front?
It doesn't have to be. Six payments of $1,200, one a month across the six months, is the usual shape. If a different one works better, we'll sort it on the call — nothing is decided before we've spoken.
What if I need to pause partway through?
We pause, and pick it back up when you're ready. Life does what it does — an illness, a move, a stretch at work where there's nothing left over. The six months are yours; they don't have to be six consecutive ones. There are no refunds, but nothing you've paid for disappears.
What if six months is more than I can commit to right now?
Start with the First Cut — three ninety-minute sessions on a single live edge, over three to four weeks. Some men do that and stop there. Others use it as the way in.
How do we begin?
With a conversation. No pitch, no pressure — an honest look at where you are and whether this is the right fit. There are five private seats, so if it isn't a fit I'd rather we both know early.

Ready to make the crossing?

Start with a conversation. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest look at where you are and whether this is the right fit.

Not right now?

Five seats, and they go. If the timing is wrong rather than the work, leave your name and you'll hear the next time I open them.

You'll get The Three Crossings meanwhile. No spam.
